Hello,
When editing a PDF the font changes to: Z@R1A65.tmp without asking.
This just started doing this the past days. My default Font is Arial.
I have Acrobat Pro XI version 11.0.23.
Anybody know what's going on? I tried searching in the help can't find anything on this.
Thank-you for your time,
Joann

Hi Joann,
This issue happens as sometimes when printing a file to pdf using Acrobat pro or Reader apps, it leaves behind some temporary fonts in the window temp folder location which is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp
if you look there you will find these files with names similar to Z@R3A.tmp, Z@R3C.tmp, Z@R1A65 etc.
So to fix the issue, please close your Acrobat application,
then go to the temp folder (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp) and delete these files and try editing again.
This should fix the issue.
Please reply if you need any further assistance with this.
