Editing the Stamp Palette on PDF (Acrobat DC)

Hi,

Is it possible to edit the Dynamic stamp palette - I know you can edit your name on the Dynamic field but for example i would like to change the Reviwed stamp to read "completed" and also contain the time stamp as well.
