Email notification that Adobe Acrobat subscription suspended for non-payment but I already cancelled

I received an email notification that my Adobe Acrobat subscription is suspended for non-payment and they will continue to try to collect payment; however, over a month ago I canceled my paid subscription so I don't understand why it's saying this? When I go to my account I can't see anything that shows any payment due or any outstanding invoices. My concern is that this will get sent to collections but I don't owe anything.

Has anyone else had this experience? What do you recommend?
