Emails not reaching recipients for signatures

I'm currently testing the Acrobat signature feature to determine if it suits my needs before purchasing it. However, I've encountered an issue when sending a test PDF to the @imss.gob.mx domain; it appears that they are not receiving the document.

I've conducted several tests from different email accounts:

  1. From @gmail.com to @imss.gob.mx
  2. From @gmail.com to @outlook.com
  3. From @imss.com.mx to @gmail.com

Out of these tests, only the first one isn't working; the email with the document for signing is not being received. It's peculiar because in the third test, I generated the document from the @imss account, and it was received by the @gmail.com or @outlook.com domains.

As my intention is to acquire the license for these purposes, I would like to know if there's any solution to this issue.

Thank you in advance for your attention.

The interesting thing is that I can sign the documents using Acrobat Sign, but when doing so, the final document still doesn't arrive at the @imss.gob.mx account. The intention is to sign them from a computer
