I have been trying to resolve the issue of 'enable extended features' in Adobe. I am using Adobe Acrobat Dc, version 2017.011. I have saved the PDF file with extended features and within the document properties, can be seen printing, changing the document, commenting, etc is allowed. However, when the document is shared via prepare form function, the document arrives to the recipient with a bizarre pop-up window stating This document enabled extended feature in Adobe Acrobat Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available...?!? Furthermore, when the document properties are inspected within the reader most of what initially was allowed is now restricted????
If any one has any idea how to make sure the document properties remains the same in order for the from to filed and submitted, please share it with me.
