encryption with certificate failed to be decrypted

Hello,

When encrypt a psf document with certificate, the decryption get failed with the following message

a digital id was used to encrypt this document but no digital id is present to decrypt it

the certificate keys are generated using RSA algorithm, but it get signed using ECDSA/SHA512

other certificate that are signed by RSA work as expected without any issues

• adobe acrobat version: XI Pro
• the certificate I use is availabe here

Any Ideas please!
