Hello there!
I have little trouble with my subscribtion.
I had try a free version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and I forget that after the end of the free subscription it will be an annual paid subscription for year (paid monthly). And after few weeks Adobe deducted the subscription from the bank account and I want to cancel a subscripton but it is only for paying 50% of the price of subscribtion.
Its there a option that subscription could be canceled for free?

There's no email support.
Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
