The Creative Cloud module (or something related to it) generates repeated system failures with a "parameter passed to Windows too small" message. How do I stop this?

Disregard about the Mac.
I found these:
installation error codes:
Installation error codes, exit codes, and error messages | Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements
See if downloading the latest service packs or update will do the trick

Thank you for the reply!
My Windows system is up to date. The error I am receiving is:
[Window Title]
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AcrobatNotificationClient_1.0.4.0_x86__e1rzdqpraam7r\FullTrustNotifier.exe
[Content]
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AcrobatNotificationClient_1.0.4.0_x86__e1rzdqpraam7r\FullTrustNotifier.exe
The data area passed to a system call is too small.
[OK]
The only Adobe software I have installed is Acrobat DC and Acrobat Distiller DC. This Adobe software seems like a trainwreck to me.

I still don't know which version of windows you are running, but by the look of the directory C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
where it says "WindowsApps" makes me believe you did an upgrade to Windows 10 from ? is this correct or is this a new computer?
If you don't use the Adobe Distiller DC, uninstall it for now. And reinstall later.
Got to that folder:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AcrobatNotificationClient_1.0.4.0_x86__e1rzdqpraam7r\FullTrustNotifier. exe
Unless you typed in this directory name there should be no space in the file name FullTrustNotifier. exe
If you copied and pasted this whole directory path from the error message, then goto that directory and rename the file by removing the empty space after the period.
it should read like this : FullTrustNotifier.exe
Also, the fact that the folder that your TrustNotifier executable file seems to be executing from is not from
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\FullTrustNotifier.exe makes me thinks you might also have to goto windows settings and remove your adobe products from the Windows 10 Notifications & Alerts .

I forgot to add that the "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\" directory specifically the "WindowsApps" sub directory is a hidden system folder that , from what I've read, is used by the Microsoft Apps Webstore.
To access it and be able to make any changes there you need Administrative priviledges. If doing it via GUI you might need to run an external file explorer in Admin mode. If not the preferred method is using windows comand prompt and change the attributes of the system directory before you try to perform any changes.

So far i have two users with the same problem.
