Hello,
suddenly after an secret update to 2022.003.20310 our Enfocus PitStop plug-in stop working.
It was working correctly on previous version (Nov 17, 2022 - 22.003.2028x).
I tried to re-install both programs, Acrobat Pro and Enfocus, but now the Enfocus installer can´t find Acrobat folder automatically. Whe I select "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins" the installation is completed but Enfocus functions or menu doesn´t appear in acrobat...
Can you help me please?
OS: Windows PRO 10 (64-bit)

Oh wait, Pitstop 13 is ancient. Get up to date to run with 64 bit Acrobat.

Please confirm if you get any error messages or what happens when you try to use the plug-in.
It would be helpful if you could share more information on this. Share screenshots if ou receives any error messages.

We have released an optional update (22.003.20314) that addresses a similar issue.
Please try updating the application. Go to Help > Check for updates.
