We’ve been exploring the new form recognition improvements in Adobe Acrobat, and the results are impressive.
Whether it’s scanned tax forms, invoices, or generic PDFs, Acrobat is now much faster at detecting input fields and labeling them accurately. Even handwritten forms scanned from mobile are handled more intelligently — with fewer manual edits needed.
It’s a big time-saver for anyone dealing with bulk form processing.
We’d love to hear how others are using this enhanced field detection in their workflows. Any creative use cases or unexpected wins?

@jack_7487 100% agree with you. When onboarding a new employee, each new employee packet comes with numerous forms. Even if some are filled out by hand or are older templates, the improved recognition could mean quicker processing of personal details, tax information, and benefits enrollment, reducing delays in getting new hires productive.
