Hi PALANI VELU SAHATHEVAN,

Yes, you may cancel the mobile subscription if it is not required. We have checked that you have purchased the subscription from the Google Store on your Android device. Please use the steps as suggested in the following help document to cancel the subscription from the Google Store: https://adobe.ly/4ld8Qrb

If you cancel the subscription within 14 days from the date of initial payment, you will be eligible for a full refund.

You may purchase the subscription from the following page for the desktop application: https://adobe.ly/3HKHY3k. The subscription will work for all devices (desktop, web, and mobile).

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Not sure if this is what you are asking, but Acrobat Pro does work on laptops as long as it means the minimum requirements.

I cannot speak to the Malaysia question.

Hi PALANI VELU SAHATHEVAN,

Thank you for reaching out.

The Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription is only for mobile applications; it cannot be used for a desktop application. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3ST2VeU

For desktop, you will require an Acrobat subscription for a desktop application. You may purchase the Acrobat Premium service, which is the most advanced offering that combines all the digital document and e-signature capabilities of Acrobat Pro with Acrobat AI Assistant built into the solution. Please refer to the information on the following page: https://adobe.ly/4n2fphR.

You may refer to the following page to check the plans for Acrobat: https://adobe.ly/43JeCuO

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Sorry, I should've been clearer about the Premium account versus the Pro account.
