Erro 205

Bom dia
Gostava de resolver um problema que me está acontecer ao abrir o adobe acrobat.
Ao abrir aparece código referência 205.
Já tentei várias coisas como tornar a instalar e acontece sempre o mesmo.
Pedia o favor se alguém já lhe aconteceu o mesmo e como solucionou.

Error code 205 indicates that there was an issue with the downloaded file. This error can also occur due to network issues.

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error205 and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link
