Boa noite

 

Meu adobe acrobat pro versão 2022.001.20169 está apresentando erro ao clicar no menu arquivo. Surge um erro sem código com a mensagem "Ocorreu um erro interno". Já desinstalei e reinstalei novamente mas o erro persiste.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Version  2022.001.20169 is the most recent one. If we understand it correctly, you receive the error message "An internal error has occurred" right after clicking the "File" menu.

To understand better, please help us with the following details:

1- Do you have the PDF file already opened?

2- Is it with a particular file?

 

Try this:

1- Reboot your computer>launch the app and then check back.

2- Try when a different file is open

3- Open Acrobat>help>repair installation (Windows only)
