erro al imprimir

Hola. tengo un problema al imprimir
mando desde adobe

Ej: 10 hojas pero en el monitor de la epson me aparece 1/1 . 

si imprime las 10 pero muestra 1/1. 

el problema es que cuando se corta por algo la impresion o necesito saber cuanto falta, tengo q contar las hojas a mano.... en trabajos de 500 h se complica.

si alguien me puede orientar, se lo Super Agradezco

Pd: me pasa desde hace unas semanas, con una actualizacion automatica.

its not an acrobat problem. it is a ADOBE problem.

this happends in all de programs when i print.

in excel or notepad y have not problem at all
