Error 02-9º printing HP Laserjet m182n double sides

When printing a pdf file on two sides with the hp laserjet pro m182n printer, an error occurs when requesting to change the page, since the change from one side to the other is manual.
The error number shown is 02-9º
What could be the problem?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, you are getting the error 02-9º printing HP Laserjet m182n double sides.

Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat let you print double-sided if your printer supports that feature. The printer driver controls the options, not Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Check your printer documentation to see what features your printer supports.

Our printer does support two-sided printing. With any other program such as word, it works correctly. I have contacted hp support and after testing, they tell us that it is some kind of incompatibility with format pdf. 

What could be the problem?
