error 14 after adding digital signature to a linearized PDF-1.5

Hi, 

I'm working on a javascript program to add a digital signature to pdfs. I am specifically working right now on a linearized pdf. After adding the signature, I am able to view it in the browser and in my mobile phone, however, when I try to open it with adobe reader or adobe Acrobat Pro XI, error 14 appears. I have been reading the PDF reference 1.7 document and everything seems fine in the document structure... I have no clue about what is wrong, so if someone could give me a tip I would be very greatful. I attach the document before adding the signature (document-to-sign.pdf) and affter adding it (signed-document.pdf).
