Error 1603 when installing Acrobat Professional X

Guten Tag

Ich habe einen neuen Computer mit Windows 10. Nun habe ich die CS6 heruntergeladen und habe auch eine Lizenz. Nun kann ich aber nicht Adobe Acrobat Professional nicht öffnen und weiss auch nicht, wie ich das nachträglich noch installieren kann. Ich verliere STUNDEN um dem Problem nach zu gehen und habe einfach die Lust verloren weiter zu suchen. Bitte helfen Sie mir so schnell wie möglich. Ich will dass es funktioniert und zwar OHNE, dass ich monatlich zahlen muss - ich habe die Software und habe die Lizenz, möchte enfach, dass es geht.... Danke....

what happens when you try to open acrobat?

I can open Photoshop, I can open InDesign, I can open every other Adobe product of CS6 - only not AcrobatX.... I have the whole error here... I just do not know what to do... is it because my new Computer is to strong and to new?¨¨
