Error 6 - Acrobat X

Hello,

 

I have Acrobat X Pro and I have used my program for years. Recently I got Error 6. I called Adobe and they gave me a new serial number and new Acrobat download this failed and they provide 3 more downloads which also failed. After speaking to them they suggest I post it here for help

I'm quite surprised they did it at all, considering this is an outdated version, no longer supported by Adobe and not compatible with any current OS. We can't help beyond pointing you to old help pages, such as this one:

What's your OS version, by the way?
