Error: A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error.

Hi,

I keep getting this "Error: A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error" message. I  found 6 ways to delete them in task manager but none of them seemed to FIX the cause. This is what the TM looks like.

How do I fix what's causing this to happen.
