Error al intentar cargar datos asociados

Al hacer clic en Recuperar datos para cargar los datos asociados al PDF me sale el siguiente mensaje:

" Hay un problema de conexión con el servicio de tramitación. Posiblemente algunas partes del formulario no funcionan correctamente . Por favor compruebe su conexión a Internet"

Problema del fichero no es ya que en otros ordenadores funciona correctamente. Se ha hecho la desinstalación completa de Adobe Acrobat DC pro a la última  versión y el problema persiste

Alguna solución?

Hi,

you mention another computer. Are they on the same network? Do they have a licence each?

If they are on the same network and the license is original

If the form works correctly on other computers, then the problem could be the Acrobat Settins or the computer itself.

Look at the Acrobat Security preferences.
