Since the latest Mac Sonoma update 14.4.1, Acrobat Pro crashes on launch with Error Code 13000. I attempted to uninstall through the CC app, but uninstallation fails. Any ideas on what to do?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3J6BhG9, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3THYwvj and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
