Error in Cloud Storage: 25 GB of 0GB used?

 The first screenshot shows that 100 GB cloud storage is included in my subscription plan. But the creative cloud storage shows 25 GB of 0 GB used. In that case I can't successfully upload my files to cloud. I couldn't even use any functions attatch to the cloud service

Please let us know if you have purchased the Creative Cloud all-app subscription. Please confirm if you are using the same email address for the Adobe account that is used here in the community. We will check the account details and share more information.

It looks like a syncing issue with your Creative Cloud storage. Try signing out and back into your Adobe account, clearing cache, or checking for any service outages.
