Hello,

I noticed that this was posted long time ago, but I'm unable to fix this problem in my current version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 23.1.20143.0 (creation data 2023/04/04). Often, while I'm trying to send to print an email or PowerPoint document to PDF, I'm getting this  following error:

--

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
Aptos-Narrow-Bold-Italic not found, using Courier.
%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: xshow ]%%

Stack:

()%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

If you are using Adobe PDF Printer driver, go into Printer Properties and look for this setting:

ā€œRely on system fonts only; do not use document fontsā€. If it's checked, uncheck it and try again, and report back.
