Buenos días,
tengo una licencia perpetua de Acrobat Pro, y como desde Adobe no me han podido dar soporte, me han derivado a la comunidad.
Intento instalar el programa en un nuevo ordenador sobre W11, dado que el equipo con W10 donde estaba instalado anteriormente ha quedado fuera de servicio. Despues de hacer la instalación cuando intento registrar el software
se me queda en el siguiente estado
Después de varios intentos me ha salido una notificación que se me cancelaba la suscripción y que el número de serie introducido no es válido
¿Como puedo recuperar mi licencia y hacer la instalación del software?

Could you please share more details about the issue? Which version of the Acrobat perpetual license are you trying to install? Is it Acrobat 2024 Classic, or Acrobat 2020? We verified your current Adobe ID (email), which you have used to log in to the community, but couldn't find any product or serial number registered. If you registered your Adobe ID with the serial number, please see this article to find out the serial number: https://adobe.ly/3HCvtXw
This issue typically occurs due to one of the following:
Please ensure that you are using the correct serial number and the correct installer. For Acrobat Classic 2024, use this URL: https://adobe.ly/4kU5hG4
For Acrobat 2020, please use this URL: https://adobe.ly/3TgS9z8
Note: If you have not registered your serial number with your Adobe ID and account, it cannot be retrieved from the machine.
You can use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the existing versions of Acrobat, restart the machine, and download the correct installer, as shared above. Then, use the serial number for activation.

Estamos instalando la versión 12 de Acrobat.
Por lo que indicas veo que el fallo puede estar al no haber podido desactivar el software en la maquina que se ha retirado. ¿Como puedo desactivar en ese equipo, teniendo en cuenta que no lo puedo arrancar?
