I run Adobe Acrobat Pro on Windows 11. Latest version. Opening Acrobat brings up the error message: Acrobat failed to load its core DLL. Basically this means I cannogt use Acrobat anymore.
I have sought help on this issue and chatted with an Adobe agent whom I granted remote access to my computer.
This was done: repair the installation - with no result. Manually removed Acrobat and reinstalled the program. The result: always the same error message "Acrobat failed to load its core DLL".
I AM AT THE END OF MY OPTIONS, AND THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED.
What can I do?
Thanks for an answer.

Hi @dschaareman,
We are sorry for the delayed response and troubled experience.
I'm following up to check if you are still experiencing the issue. If yes, let us know, and we'd be happy to assist.
Please try to check if you have any pending updates. To check for pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help Menu > Check for Updates.
Lastly, try using clearner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html to uninstall Acrobat. If possible restart the machine once and try reinstalling. Thank you for your patience.
