I run Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, version 2022.002.20191 on Windows 10 Pro

I frequently convert PowerPoint presentations to PDF for distribution purposes. So far no problems encountered with conversion until a few days ago. I get an error message "an unexpected error occurred. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adibe PDF ".

What is the prpoblem, and can it be solved?

Thanks and regards,

Danker

Hi Amal,

The problem is resolved: I completely uninstalled Office, and reinstalled it. No more problems. So it seems to have been an office problem, not a PDFMaker one.

Cheers,

Danker

Hi @dschaareman

We are sorry to hear that. Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-acrobat-pdfmaker-problems-office.html and see if that works for you.

Also, is this an issue with a particular file or with all the files? Please try with a different file and check.

Regards

Amal
