Error message for certificate signatures

Didnt have this issue until recently.  

Followed the steps to create a new digital signature, saved to a folder on my desktop and 

then get this error mesaage.  Any idea how to remedy?

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused and thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Upon creating the Digital Signature, you may try the following steps;

1-  Click the Tools>"Certificates" > Certify Visible Signature>Draw a new box in the field you want signed and then try to save it.

3- Try saving the signature file with a different name rather than overwriting.
