Error message "This site can't be reached"

I've sent a PDF out for signature. One of the recipients successfully signed. The other is getting the error message "This site can't be reached.  The webpage at https//... might be temporarily down or permanently moved to a new web address. I am still able to access and open this document using this same link.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Please ask the user to check his network settings and try using a different web browser and see if that helps.

Also, ask him to turn off any security software installed on his computer and see if that helps.
Note:  Please tell him to turn on the security after testing to avoid any security issues.
