Error message when attempting to convert to PDF format

Hello,

I am using a software (CATIA Composer) which saves graphic data into a PDF format using Acrobat DC.

During this transfer, we encounter the following message, and we have no clue as to what it means or what is happening:

"An error occured during linearization: Unable to open the output file for writing. It may be locked or unavailable."

Could anyone guide us on this topic ?

The version of Acrobat DC is 2021.001.20145

Windows 10
