Error message when I try to download Adobe Acrobat 2020 pro

Community Beginner ,
Sep 11, 2021 Sep 11, 2021

I have a new computer with very little on it.  Windows 10 operating system.  I've downloaded Adobe Elements and Premier but when I try to download Acrobat 2020 pro I get the error message, "Not enough memory resources are available to process this command"  The virtual assistant was no help.

Had the same issue. Had to click "setup.exe" instead of "WindowsInstaller..... .exe". Worked!

16 GB.  I did figure out how to install it and it is working now.  It was suggested I contact Adobe support and they were not willing to help, so I had to figure it out for myself which I finally did.  In the future I will stick to this Community for guidance.  Thank you for your effort to help.

Hi there. I'm having the same error message when I try to run the install file. What did you do to install it after all?

Forgive me because it's been some time and I'm not great at
technical things but I'll do my best to describe what I did. I was
clicking on the wrong icon once I opened the zip file. There was another
.exe file further up - and I apologize that I don't remember the name of
it, but it was in the same zip file but above the one I was clicking. In
short, I clicked that one and it installed. I hope this helps.

you nailed it. I was doing the same thing. the file to click a little was up is setup.exe which is lost in the other fiels and is only 1 of 2 .exe files so I suppose a 50-50 chance of getting it right if you don't read the names, LOL.

I know this is old but for others who may come here.
It might be the AcroPro.msi or what version _ _ _ _.msi file you have in your Adobe folder with the executables.
That resources message is JUST PURE COW STUFF (the round things in rural pastures that some teens throw around, or drunk adults)

I was also getting it and I had:

a) 32 GB of RAM with 60% RAM available &

b) CPU was only at 10%.

Adobe - at times a piece of garbage - I use Nuance to sometimes edit/read PDFs.

As of Mar 2024 Firefox update, they state you can now edit PDFs in the browser window - I tried it and was able to do so...
