Error Message when submitting a form from Acrobat 2022

I have created a Form in Acrobat 2022 and am using a submit button to submit the form to an email address.  Some users get the following error message when submitting the form.  This message comes up instantly and the form is not sent. Is this a user issue based on their email server settings, or is there a workaround so that ALL users can submit the form successfully?
