Part of my job is pulling credit reports from a company called Xactus360. They have recently changed some things, and when I pull a report now one of the pages has missing data and the error pops up. (see below)
I have spoken with Xactus360 at length, and they are just blaming Adobe, saying there is a problem with my reader and I need to use another one. When I look at the report in DocHub, or just open it in Chrome, it displays properly. If I save from there, or print-to-pdf then the resulting file gets the same error. So now I am not sure if this actually is a problem with Adobe Acrobat PRO or if it's the company generating the PDF.
