When opening Adobe attachments from Outlook I frequently get the error pop up "The instruction at 0x00007ffce23bed7d referenced memory at 0x0000000000000018. The memory could not be read" It does not stop me from opening the attachment I hit ok and the pdf opens, its just annoying. I have uninstalled run the Adobe cleaner reinstalled. I have turned off protected mode. I have cleared my cache, dumped my temp folder. Any other ideas?
Thanks

Hi, just to add to this issue, we've been experiencing the same thing recently.
We updated our users to the latest version (25.1.20744) but at least one of them has had the issue happen since.
As far as I know, before the update most PDFs were being created and opened directly by our ERP system but there were also probably some opened through Outlook.
The most recent crash, after the update, came from a PDF opened through Outlook.

Just to add to my previous comment, in case it might help with troubleshooting, the issue happened to another user since the newest update.
If protected mode is turned ON (Menu => Preferences => security(enhanced) => protected mode at startup), then Acrobat freezes completely when they either try to save a signed document or when simply trying to open a PDF by doing "Ctrl + O" or "Menu => Open", the file explorer window didn't seem to show up.
We had to re-disable "Protected mode at startup" which is definitely not ideal long term.
