I have had multiple users have an error that comes up when opening local, shared, or otherwise PDF's in Acrobat. The dialogue box that shows says "No error". When clicking Okay, it will pop 2 more times before attempting to open the PDF in Acrobat DC. It will then open the PDF with a message showing "Please Wait..." as seen in the files I have attached. But, of course, nothing happens for any amount of time it is left alone to attempt to load.
Installing a version of Acrobat Pro from ancient times (this works but is not a solution as we are a small company with limited resources to hand out licenses, as well a vulnerability risk due to the age of the program)
