Are you Mac or PC? and what versions of Acrobat and Distiller do you have on your system?
In the meantime, if PC, check this:
Go to "Devices and Printers"
right click on Adobe PDF printer
choose printer preferences from Adobe PDF settings tab
uncheck "Rely on system fonts; do not use documents fonts"
and see if that makes a difference.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to print to PDF from Word 2019?
What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Seems like there is a restriction for the Calibri font embedding.
