Seems like there is a restriction for the Calibri font embedding.

See what Microsoft have to say about Document Embedding with Microsoft supplied fonts here:

Many thanks very much for the link and advice. Yes!  It works 100% after unchecking that box.

I have a PC and Acrobat 9.  Cheers 🙂

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to print to PDF from Word 2019?

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Is this a behavior with a particular file or with all the files you try to print to PDF? Please try to create the PDF from Adobe Acrobat DC file menu as File> Create > PDF from file and see if that helps.

For more information about creating PDF from MS office please check the help page - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html

Also please check the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/adobe-prints-to-notepad-error-message/m-p/8802534 and see if that helps.

Regards

Amal
