Error prompt when converting from words to PDF - acrobat dc version 22.001.20169

adobe convert slow from words to PDF- with error promp out, you cant perform this action because it is open in another program.. - ask for swith to ot retry when clicked on retry or switch to, nothing proceed. Need wait for few mins then converted successful. How to avoid that error prompt out.

 

Try uninstall reinsatll adobe application in official website 

Try update windows 10 system and upgarded bios and any required 

Performed all step follow -https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/failed-to-connect-to-dde-server.html

 

But still same, when converting it is prompt up that error- ask for swith to ot retry

When you convert a word file to pdf, do you use the Adobe PDF Maker plugin in MS Office or create PDF Tool from Adobe Acrobat DC?

Have you installed the latest MS Office update too? If not, then please check for it. 

If none of the solutions provided worked, then run this cleaner tool to remove the application and its traces: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html 

and download the application from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
