Client received a pdf file and gets this message when try to open it.
I test it on my PC which is using Acrobat standard (same system) and gets the same error. Did some research on Internet and this message with the code 129 is rare.

Very likely the file was e-mailed, but not properly coded for transmission. Many e-mail clients see a PDF as a text file and yet it is a binary file. The result is corruption.

Thanks Guys.
The file she was trying to open was created by herself days ago, I asked client to open previous file version and she can open it.
So that means the conclusion you guys made is correct.
But she is getting another error message when sha trys to save a different file:
"The dicunent could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (14) "
Any ideas?
Thanks

Thanks Phillip.I didn't try your idea, instaead I went to see her. We are in the same network.
User still gets some similar error. When I ask her to do some tests, everything is fine. She said she need to save few time to get rid off the error message sometimes. I am thinking to do a repare and re-install first.
