Error trying to restore my subscription.

dear support team, 

 

i have purchased the Adobe premium but the app was loading for a long time afer I paid, I waited for then 10 minutes just for loading. I forced close the app and reopen it, but the cam use premium features.

 

ever time i try to restore my purchase an error appears.
