I'm trying to generate a pdf and I keep getting this error. What's causing it and how do I remedy it?

You are obviously trying to create PDF from PostScript via the Distiller.

But can you provide further information such as the application program and driver (including version numbers) generating the PostScript as well as version of Acrobat you have installed (and on what platform, Windows or MacOS - and version of same).

I contacted customer support through a chat session and was able to resolve my issue (and quickly).

To fix this error, when completing the PDF Setup window, select the RGB option at the bottom of the window. The PDF generates perfectly.
