Error using a template in E-sign signatures section - Acrobat Pro subscription

I am using Acrocpat Pro.

When I open a template agreement under the "request e-sign signatures" section in acrobat.adobe.com and  click on the "use template" button to fill it in, I get an error message that says, "Something unexpected has happened. Would I like to reload the page". If I do reload the page, I just keep getting the same error message, and end up in a loop.

Is it possibly an access problem?

The person who created the templates does not get this error, but when I want to use them, I get the error message on all of them.

Not sure what the problem could be.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
