When I try to change the Adobe Acrobat plan, it says "Failed to change the plan. Try again". What should I do?

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html and see if that works for you.
If it still doesn't work, please click on the Contact Us button (3 horizontal dots) in the lower right corner to connect with the billing team.
