When opening a pdf document, Acrobat 2020 suddenly asks for a log-in and serial number.
Log-in seems successful but when entering a serial number the is an error "Sorry something went wrong".
I went to my Adobe account and attempted to download and re-install the program. However, the setup aborts due to a "newer version already installed. Could this be the result of deleting cookies?
I'm stuck...

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track the paid application for Acrobat Pro 2020. However, I do found the Acrobat X product registered. If you have any other email by any chance, please try using it and see if that helps.
