Error when saving as PDF/A

When I attempt to "Save as Other" and choose PDF/A I get the following error:

Could not copy file C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\Preflight\PitputIntent\CoatedFOGRA39.pdf, C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\Preflight Acrobat Continuous\OutputIntent\CoatedFOGRA39.pdf; The parameter is incorrect.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling. I know the issue is not with the specific pdf, as I get the same error when I try it with any file and can successfully save the files as PDF/A on other systems.

Any help is appreciated.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

As described you are unable to save the file as PDF/A and getting the above error message. while it's working fine on another computer system.

As you have already tried removing and reinstalling the application with no success, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win Or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
