Erstellung von Aktionsschaltflächen

ICh habe ein ausfüllbares PDF mit Feldern erstellt, nun möchte ich eine Schaltfläche erstellen, mit der ich direkt die Datei per E-Mail an eine bestimmte Mailadresse und eine in dem Formular eingegebene Adresse versenden. Die Hilfe sagt icfh muss eine Aktionsschaltfläche erstellen. die ses Symbol gibt bei mir jedoch nicht...

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Hope you are doing well.

Create an Action Button option comes under two different places. One under Prepare Form second under Rich Media Tool.

If you are working with Acrobat Pro under Prepare form tool, look in the menu bar at the Top

If you still can't find it, then please share the screenshot of the options you have at your end.

Also, ensure that the form you are working with is not secured. So check with another file and see if that lets you add an action button.

Nun komme ich aber erneut nicht weiter....
Wie kann ich jetzt dieser Schaltfläche sagen, dass sie die E-Mail versenden soll?

Go to its Properties, Actions tab and add a Mouse Up action. Select the "Submit a form" command and enter the following as the target URL (without the quotes): "mailto:your_email_address@server.com"
