ESign vs Docusign

Seems like Adobe Sign is pretty rebust.  If I am implementing a solution in which I prepare and transmit documents for signature and return to me,  is there any reason to pay the extra $60 a month for DocuSign when I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?
