It seems like this is becoming a very common lately where the SCUP catalogs are not getting updated. Do we have an ETA when the 23.003.20244 would be released on the Adobe Acrobat Continuous Track (DC) catalog? https://armmf.adobe.com/manifest/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/AcrobatCatalog-DC.cab The reader released fine but looks like the Acrobat has not yet been updated

Yes we managed to figure that out on Friday.
This seems to have become a normal trend from Adobe for the adobe catalog to not update as soon the patches are released, it would take a few days before it does update, the problem is that Adobe reader catalog gets updated however the Acrobat one is late hence which means that we have to end up releasing this at later stage which is not convenient.

It appears that, once again, there has been a delay in publishing or updating the catalog for Adobe Acrobat. While Adobe Reader's updates are made available, we encounter inconvenience due to the delay in the availability of Acrobat updates in the catalog.
As of the planned update on August 08, 2023, with version 23.003.20269, the Enterprise release notes for Acrobat-Acrobat (source: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousaug2023.htm...) indicated the release of the new Reader and Acrobat updates. However, it seems that the SCUP catalog (https://armmf.adobe.com/manifest/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/AcrobatCatalog-DC.cab) has not yet been updated for this month's release.
This recurring issue of delayed Acrobat updates in the catalog has been causing consistent frustration. We, as a community, rely on timely updates to ensure the security and performance of our systems, and this delay disrupts our workflows.
We kindly request that Adobe provides some insight into the reasons behind this delay. Transparency regarding the circumstances that lead to such occurrences would greatly help in understanding the situation. Are there technical challenges, unforeseen issues, or any other factors contributing to this consistent delay? Your response and clarification on this matter would be highly appreciated by the Adobe user community.

Here, I can see that all the scup catalog has been already updated for sept release for DC as well as Classic tracks.
Could you please help to share MD5 of the catalog file you are getting for below files.

I understand the frustration with the delay in SCUP catalog updates. Unfortunately, I don't have access to real-time information on Adobe's release schedule. I recommend reaching out to Adobe's support or checking their official website for updates on when the 23.003.20244 version will be available in the SCUP catalog. They should be able to provide apk you with the most accurate information regarding their release timeline.
