Event id 1000 - When I close the application

Hi to all,
when I close a pdf file the app crash and I see this error in the event id of windows.
What is means?
I have already install the program, in 32 o 64 bit.
same error..

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please update the application to the recent version 24.02.20759 . Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
 
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/4e19K7i and see if that works.
