We have the latest version of Office 365, Windows 10 and Adobe Acrobat DC. All updates have been checked and installed. Whenever we attempt to create a PDF from an Excel worksheet, Excel immediately crashes. It doesn't matter which spreadsheet we open. If we attempt to create a PDF from another file format, such as Word, we have no issues. In addition, when we open Acrobat DC and attempt to create the PDF from there (from the Excel worksheet) then we get a crash and an error message: "An unxpected error has occured. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF."
We have read other (older) posts on this issue, with zero success. Fixes attempted, with no success, include:

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.
Could you please share the Acrobat and Excel versions you are using on the machine?
Did you try reinstalling Excel?
Please share the crash logs with us using the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

What happens if you do a Save As to PDF in Excel, bypassing Acrobat entirely?

We are being told by Adobe that they are having 'several problems with Acrobat DC Pro subscription version and Office 365'. Apparently the Acrobat DC Pro subscription version is not compatible with Office 365, which is pretty insane.

>> Apparently the Acrobat DC Pro subscription version is not compatible with Office 365,
That's not completely accurate since Office 365 has been out for over a decade and Acrobat DC has been out for over 6 years.
What they probably meant was that there is a conflict with the latest update(s), which I believe was Feb. 28th for Excel.
You didn't answer about doing a Save-As to PDF.

If you need more than one worksheets in Excel workbook to save as PDF file, just highlight the worksheets then select Print and save as PDF fomat. Open the newly save pdf file you will have two pages (If you selected two worksheets).
Thanks,
Rex
