Hello,
We have a couple users that export certificates that are supposed to print off to about 20-30 pages when converting from Excel to PDF. The Excel is setup by using multiple sheets and each sheet having its out page settings / layout to align with a standard page size in Adobe. When one user exports to PDF with the selected sheets, they get the expected result of a PDF being around 25-30 pages depending on the certificate. However, when I or any other user export to PDF, it comes out to be anywhere from 50-150 pages, with a bunch of blank pages or ends of tables taking up a page themselves.
I have checked and compared the settings/prefences in Excel settings and Adobe (Acrobat Pro, Creative Cloud and Distiller), asked on the Microsoft forums page and tested Adobe Online, but all have not come up with a solution or worked. All users that have been tested are on Adobe Pro. Is there a setting or preference somewhere that I could be missing? Any help would be appreciated

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat and the delayed response.
Do you still experience the issue? If yes, please share your method to convert the Excel files to PDF. If you are using the PDFmaker, have you tried using the option "Fit to page width"? (screenshot attached for reference)
If you are following a different workflow, please share the screen recording with us so we can understand the situation better and assist you accordingly.
Look forward to hearing from you.
